These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of site.thelaurenmagers.com and thelaurenmagers.com (the "Site"), operated by Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC, doing business as Happy Life Academy ("Happy Life Academy," "we," "us" or "our"), and your participation in our text messaging program. By using the Site or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Programs

Happy Life Academy provides parenting education, coaching and membership programs built around the Happy Life System™, including Happy Life Club, Happy Life HQ, personal coaching, live events, and related resources.

Program content is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or legal advice, and we do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on each family's circumstances and effort.

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description

Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC offers a text messaging program to clients and prospective clients who opt in. Messages may include call and appointment confirmations and reminders; enrollment, scheduling and program status updates; answers to your questions and other client care messages; and, only where you have separately agreed, occasional offers or promotions.

How to opt in

You can opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages through the chat on our Site, or by giving us your consent when you contact us by phone, email or in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrolling in any program. You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to participate.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and program.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (714) 329-1076.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, collect information from it by automated means, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

The Site and its content, including text, images, the Happy Life System™ name and framework, and related trademarks, belong to Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those websites.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for individualized professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy set out in a separate written enrollment agreement between you and Happy Life Academy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Teton County, Idaho.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or the text messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
